خدمة MG-SABU SYSTEMS تُقدَّم وتُدار بواسطة MG GROUP (ويُشار إليها بـ «نحن»). باستخدامك للموقع أو البرامج فأنت تتعاقد مع MG GROUP.

MG-SABU SYSTEMS is provided and operated by MG GROUP ("we", "us"). By using the website or software you are contracting with MG GROUP.

باستمرارك في استخدام الخدمة فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط. إذا كنت تستخدمها نيابة عن جهة فأنت تؤكد أن لديك صلاحية إلزامها، وإلا فيجب أن تكون قد بلغت السن القانونية.

By continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. If you use it on behalf of an organization you confirm you have authority to bind it; otherwise you must be of legal age.

نقدم برامج هندسية عبر الإنترنت تشمل التصميم البارامتري CAD والمحاكاة وأتمتة الرسومات وجداول المواد، وفق الباقة المختارة.

We provide online engineering software including parametric CAD, simulation, drawing automation and bills of materials, according to the selected plan.

أنت مسؤول عن سرية بيانات الدخول وعن أي نشاط يتم عبر حسابك، وعن صحة المعلومات التي تقدمها وتحديثها.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for all activity under your account, and for providing accurate, up-to-date information.

يُمنع استخدام الخدمة لأي غرض غير قانوني، أو للاحتيال أو الرسائل المزعجة، أو انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية، أو التدخل في أمن الخدمة (برمجيات خبيثة، فحص الثغرات، استخراج البيانات آليًا)، أو الهندسة العكسية أو إعادة بيع الخدمة أو تجاوز حدودها التقنية.

You must not use the service unlawfully, for fraud or spam, to infringe intellectual property, or to interfere with security (malware, probing, scraping). You must not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service, or circumvent technical limits.

تحتفظ MG GROUP بملكية الخدمة وبرامجها ووثائقها وعلامتها التجارية. نمنحك ترخيصًا محدودًا وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل لاستخدام الخدمة ضمن باقتك. تبقى تصميماتك وملفاتك ملكًا لك، وتمنحنا ترخيصًا محدودًا لاستضافتها ومعالجتها فقط لتقديم الخدمة.

MG GROUP retains ownership of the service, its software, documentation and brand. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service within your plan. Your designs and files remain yours; you grant us a limited licence to host and process them solely to provide the service.

تتم عملية الطلب عبر بائعنا المعتمد عبر الإنترنت Paddle.com. تعمل Paddle.com بصفتها التاجر المسجّل (Merchant of Record) لجميع طلباتنا، وتتولى جميع استفسارات خدمة العملاء المتعلقة بالدفع وتتولى عمليات الاسترداد. تخضع شروط الدفع والفوترة والضرائب والتجديد والإلغاء لـ شروط المشتري لدى Paddle.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal and cancellation terms are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms.

تتجدد الاشتراكات تلقائيًا شهريًا أو سنويًا حسب اختيارك. عند الإلغاء يبقى الوصول متاحًا حتى نهاية الفترة المدفوعة. الترقية تُطبق فورًا مع احتساب الفرق، والتخفيض يُطبق عند التجديد التالي.

Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually as selected. If you cancel, access continues until the end of the paid period. Upgrades apply immediately with a prorated charge; downgrades take effect at the next renewal.

نسعى لتقديم خدمة موثوقة، لكننا لا نضمن عملها دون انقطاع أو خلوها من الأخطاء. تُقدَّم الخدمة «كما هي» إلى أقصى حد يسمح به القانون، ويجب التحقق من النتائج الهندسية بواسطة مهندس مؤهل قبل الاعتماد عليها.

We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. The service is provided "as is" to the fullest extent permitted by law, and engineering results must be verified by a qualified engineer before reliance.

يجوز لنا إيقاف أو إنهاء الوصول في حال الإخلال الجوهري بهذه الشروط، أو عدم الدفع، أو وجود خطر أمني أو احتيال، أو تكرار المخالفات. عند انتهاء الوصول يمكنك طلب تصدير بياناتك خلال 30 يومًا، ثم قد يتم حذفها.

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations. When access ends you may request an export of your data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

لا نتحمل المسؤولية عن الأضرار غير المباشرة أو التبعية (مثل خسارة الأرباح أو البيانات). يقتصر إجمالي مسؤوليتنا على المبالغ التي دفعتها خلال الأشهر الاثني عشر السابقة، دون استبعاد ما لا يجوز قانونًا استبعاده.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (such as loss of profits or data). Our total liability is capped at the fees you paid in the previous 12 months, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
